this is a full-time, performance-driven sales internship where you will:
β speak to incoming leads
β explain learning programs clearly
β handle objections confidently
β persuade customers to take the right program
β work under daily supervision of team leader
β follow strict discipline & reporting
β complete a 7-day performance trial before onboarding
this is not a relaxed internship.
this is a professional sales + counselling training internship with real growth.

β guide them towards the correct plan
β build trust through smooth communication
2. sales, persuasion & conversion
β learn industry-standard objection handling
β proactively persuade undecisive customers
β work with tl for final closures
β understand customer psychology
β improve your closing skills daily
3. daily reporting & monitoring
β mandatory google meet monitoring
β update crm with complete accuracy
β submit daily task sheet
β maintain discipline, attendance & consistency
