About the Internship
This is a full-time, performance-driven sales internship where you will:
â— Speak to incoming leads
â— Explain learning programs clearly
â— Handle objections confidently
â— Persuade customers to take the right program
â— Work under daily supervision of Team Leader
â— Follow strict discipline & reporting
â— Complete a 7-day performance trial before onboarding
This is not a relaxed internship.
This is a professional sales + counselling training internship with real growth.
Work Responsibilities
1. Daily Customer Interaction
◠Speak to 50–80 leads daily
â— Understand customer needs
â— Explain program features & benefits
â— Guide them towards the correct plan
â— Build trust through smooth communication
2. Sales, Persuasion & Conversion
â— Learn industry-standard objection handling
â— Proactively persuade undecisive customers
â— Work with TL for final closures
â— Understand customer psychology
â— Improve your closing skills daily
3. Daily Reporting & Monitoring
â— Mandatory Google Meet monitoring
â— Update CRM with complete accuracy
â— Submit daily task sheet
â— Maintain discipline, attendance & consistency

Work Hours
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)
