About the Internship

This is a full-time, performance-driven sales internship where you will:

● Speak to incoming leads

● Explain learning programs clearly

● Handle objections confidently

● Persuade customers to take the right program

● Work under daily supervision of Team Leader

● Follow strict discipline & reporting

● Complete a 7-day performance trial before onboarding

This is not a relaxed internship.

This is a professional sales + counselling training internship with real growth.

Work Responsibilities

1. Daily Customer Interaction

● Speak to 50–80 leads daily

● Understand customer needs

● Explain program features & benefits

● Guide them towards the correct plan

● Build trust through smooth communication

2. Sales, Persuasion & Conversion

● Learn industry-standard objection handling

● Proactively persuade undecisive customers

● Work with TL for final closures

● Understand customer psychology

● Improve your closing skills daily

3. Daily Reporting & Monitoring

● Mandatory Google Meet monitoring

● Update CRM with complete accuracy

● Submit daily task sheet

● Maintain discipline, attendance & consistency

Who Can Apply

● Laptop (non-negotiable)

● High-speed Wi-Fi (reimbursed partially post-onboarding)

● Smartphone

● Full-time availability (10 AM–7 PM)

● Clear and confident Hindi or regional language

● Strong communication skills
