Job Description

Location: JLPL Industrial Area, Sector 82, Mohali

Shift: PST / International Time Zones (7:00 PM onwards)

*only male candidates can apply

PPO: LPA (based on performance) + uncapped performance-based incentives + 1 lakh retention bonus after 18 months

PPO & Growth Path:

Meet Phase 1 + Phase 2 targets: Direct Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) to Business Development Associate

Meet Phase 1 only: Performance review and continuation decision based on overall outcomes

Role Summary

As a Sales Intern, youll gain hands-on experience across the complete B2B SaaS sales cycle, from lead generation to closures. High performers will fast-track into a full-time Business Development Associate role, building a strong career in outbound SaaS sales.

What Youll Do-

Phase 1 (Months 13)

Launch outbound outreach campaigns

Book 45 product demos within 3 months

Build strong prospecting and pipeline generation skills

Phase 2 (Months 46)

Achieve 20 demos per month

Close 6 clients by the end of the internship

Own the end-to-end sales cycle including follow-ups, negotiations, and closures

What Youll Learn

Data-driven prospecting and outbound outreach

Pitching and running demos using Outplay

Advanced objection handling and negotiation techniques

Closing strategies for SaaS and CRM products

Basic Qualifications

Excellent communication skills with a natural flair for sales (mandatory)

Strong storytelling and persuasion abilities

High motivation to earn and achieve financial success

Hunger to hustle in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment

Freshers or final-year students eager to build a career in sales

Comfortable working in PST or other international time zones

Preferred Qualifications

Confidence in handling objections and closing conversations

Ability to thrive in target-driven, performance-focused roles
