Sales Telecaller (Female)

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Tele Caller to join our team in Baghpat. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with a passion for communication and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential customers to promote our products or services, ensuring clear and friendly communication.

- Provide Information: Answer queries from customers regarding products or services, offering accurate and helpful information to enhance customer understanding.

- Record Customer Feedback: Document responses and feedback received during calls, which is crucial for improving our offerings and customer service.

- Achieve Targets: Work towards meeting daily and monthly call targets, ensuring your efforts contribute to the overall goals of the team.

- Update Database: Maintain and update customer information in our database, ensuring data accuracy and relevance for future communications.

Required Skills and Expectations:
