Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships/developing marketing relations towards prospective customers

Responsible to Attend inquires generated through the Digital Marketing and other platforms by addressing need & concerns to fulfill buyer's expectations

Planning marketing activities to generate leads to achieve business targets

Develop relationships and comparative market studies with top Selling Developer, Investors and Customers

Intermediate Negotiation Processes, Consult Buyers on Market Comparison Study & Prices Provide Advisory/Consultation to Customers for Purchasing Property with the Best Deal under the best terms

Understand Buyers Needs and Propose Solutions that Suit them best

Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value

Work closely with internal CRM/Legal/Laisioning team to ensure hassle free sales and service Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity High levels of passion, ownership and integrity towards work/organization

Managing vendor for marketing and branding and measuring ROI

Setting up team targets and review and planning to achieve the same

Improving customer connect and market reach

Strategic planning for new projects , pre-launch planning and execution

Other responsibilities assigned by management time to time Skill Set

Good knowledge and experience of Real Estate market High levels of passion and ownership Strong Team Management Skills
