Prepare estimates based on the collected quotations and share them with clients for approval. Ensure that all client requests are communicated promptly to the purchase team for procurement.

Maintain clear documentation of all communication and transactions related to vendor selection, estimates, and client approvals. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the procurement process and ensure timely delivery of products or services to clients.
