Lead the sourcing team in identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers/vendors for a wide range of products and materials, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, housekeeping chemicals, stationary, pump, and spare parts.Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimise costs, minimise lead times, and ensure high-quality supplies to support facility management servicesNegotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and maintain favorable relationships.Monitor supplier performance, address any issues or concerns promptly, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the sourcing process.Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on sourcing activities, resolve issues, and align strategies with organizational goals.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sourcing processes, streamline operations, and optimize supply chain efficiency.Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, replenishment, and obsolescence, to support uninterrupted operations and minimize downtime.Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, contracts, supplier information, and performance metrics.

Manage maintenance projects related to civil, piping, interior, and furniture work, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) accurately, considering materials, labor, and other project expenses.Develop project schedules and timelines, coordinating tasks and resources to ensure timely project completion.Conduct budgeting for maintenance projects, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.Source and manage manpower, subcontractors, and vendors to support project requirements.Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, operations, and finance departments, to align project goals and objectives.Supervise on-site activities, providing guidance and support to ensure work is carried out efficiently and according to specifications.Monitor project progress, identify risks and challenges, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, approvals, change orders, and progress reports.Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes

Responsible for handling various accounting tasks including processing purchase bills, voucher entries, reconciling vendor statements, preparing monthly expense reports, and generating TDS statements. Additionally, responsible for preparing GSTR-2B monthly statements, managing labor attendance, and handling ESI & PF for workers
