1. Telecalling: Telecall the customers, understand the customer's requirement and explain our project and fix an appointment for a site visit from the data provided by the company.

2. Arrange site visits: He should possess good interpersonal skills and soft skills to coordinate/arrange site visits for potential clients. The candidate should be interested in traveling extensively within Greater Chennai Limits.

3. Computer Literate: Maintain CRM and regularly follow up with customers for feedback and closure of the deal.

4. Own a two-wheeler with a license.

5. Language Tamil and English.

6. Social Media Savvy Like FB, Youtube will be added advantage.
