Achieve primary sales targets within the assigned territory (group of talukas)
by securing weekly orders from semi-wholesalers.
o Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with semi-wholesalers.
o Conduct regular (weekly) visits to all assigned semi-wholesalers.
o Effectively present the company's snack product portfolio, competitive pricing
o Accurately capture orders and promptly enter them into the company's CRM
system.
o Ensure timely communication regarding orders to facilitate logistics planning.
o Actively collect and report market intelligence, including competitor activities,
pricing, new products, and semi-wholesaler/retailer feedback.
o Assist in resolving any minor operational issues (., delivery timing
coordination, feedback relay).
o Manage travel and daily allowances efficiently as per comp
