key responsibilities
client acquisition & relationship management
prospect and generate leads through networking, site visits, referrals, and digital channels
build and maintain a strong client database
provide exceptional service to buyers, sellers, and investors
property sales & negotiation
conduct property tours, presentations, and open houses
understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties
negotiate offers, terms, and pricing to close deals effectively
guide clients through the entire transaction process: documentation, financing options, and legal formalities
market knowledge & research
stay updated with real estate trends, pricing, competitors, and market conditions
conduct comparative market analysis (cma) to determine property value
advise clients on investment opportunities based on market insights
bike mandatory, conveyance will be provided for office hours travel.
