Sales Representative Jobs For B.A Freshers

We are government suppliers based in Kolkata supplying various goods & services to Govt Departments and registered on the GeM Portal.

Require individuals for enhancing sales.

• Good communication & negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Basic computer literacy & Basic conversant with SmartPhones (using cameras, whatsapp, etc.)

Location:

Reporting at Lake Town, Kolkata - at 9:00 AM everyday (Mon-Sat).

Generally, the candidate would be free to depart from client location directly around 5 PM IST.

Graduates / 3rd year evening college students from any discipline will be preferred.

Nature of Work:

Will introduce the candidate to various govt departments. Job is to visit selected govt offices regularly and obtain orders for supply of various items (we have a wide range of offerings from stationery, hygiene & sanitation, electricals, electronics , appliances, IT & peripherals/ consumables, job work, furniture, etc.)

Compensation:

>> Fixed pay per month = starting with Rs. per month (NON-NEGOTIABLE). payable by the 5th of the following month.

>> Fixed Contractual Bonus = 1 month’s fixed salary payable in the month during Puja (Durga Puja/ Diwali) season upon completion of full year of service.

>> Fixed travel allowance per month = Rs. 2000 per month

>> Incentive = 1% of taxable value of sales achieved by the individual. Incentive is payable in the month following the month of sales completion. For example, if a sales transaction was achieved and closed in May, the incentive will be payable in June.

Since we have a wide range of product offering, typically achieving sales of Rs. 3-4 lacs per month is a reasonable expectation starting from 6th month onwards.
