Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling products or services to customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and building relationships with clients. You will work closely with the sales team to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services that meet those needs.

Lead Generation: Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.

Sales Presentations: Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.

Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to identify new sales opportunities.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM software.

Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

Experience- 1-5 Years.

Education Qualification- Graduate.

Skills Required: Sales, Business Development, Oral / Verbal Communication, e-Commerce, Time Management, Adaptability, Customer Interaction.

Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
