Job Title: Sales Partner – Gold Loan

Location: Banglore

Job Type: Full-Time (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Additional Benefits: ₹4,000 Petrol Allowance + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

Eligibility Criteria:

Male candidates only

Must know Kannada language

Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license

Field sales experience preferred (Gold Loan / NBFC / Banking / Financial Products is an advantage)

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers across the city to explain and promote Oro’s gold loan products

Follow up on company-generated leads and convert them into successful customers

Generate new leads through personal network and field outreach

Conduct market research to understand customer demand and local opportunities

Develop strong product knowledge and confidently give product demonstrations

Handle customer objections and queries professionally

Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business

Ensure smooth customer experience from first contact to loan disbursement

Required Skills:

Strong communication and convincing skills

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Good market understanding and field sales confidence

Ability to build trust and maintain customer relationships.
