• cover and develop a set of accounts assigned related to respective verticals . education, manufacturer, real estate etc.
• build relationship with decision makers for managing repeat business and identifying the opportunities for the new products / services & enhance the existing infrastructure for additional revenue.
• generate new business by hunting for new accounts in the respective vertical / industry.
• maintaining and increasing business from existing customers.
• adhere to defined sales processes and maintain/grow the funnel as per organizational growth plans.
• champion the customers cause internally with various teams to ensure quality solution, timely delivery, top-class support.
• escalate customer issues, process anomalies and pain points in a timely manner to seniors
• report sales data, competition information and market data as per requirements
• revenue generation from new account
• participate in business plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the assigned geo / vertical
• constantly qualify and build new opportunities / prospects
• accurately forecast and execute booking, billing and collection figures
• positioning of products and solutions
• monitor, review and constant feedback to team member(s) to perform and deliver
• building and maintaining healthy business relations with major customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
• responsible for creating a compelling value proposition in retail segment.
• competition analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & achieving market share metrics.
