A Sales Officer is the face of a bank. The primary role of a Sales Officer would be, acquisition of customers for CASA (Current Account & Saving Account) from the local market and selling & cross selling banking & third party financial products, to them. He has to maintain a good relationship with new & existing customers and ensure all their queries and problems are resolved. He would ensure that all the banking norms and regulations are met in the process of acquisition & servicing
