key responsibilities
1. sales & business development
achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for refinery products.
identify new business opportunities and onboard new distributors, dealers, and industrial clients.
promote product portfolio (fuel, lubricants, petrochemicals, etc.) to maximize revenue and market share.
conduct regular market visits to maintain visibility and understand customer needs.
2. distribution management
ensure efficient distribution of refinery products across assigned territories.
monitor distributor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment with the supply team.
handle order processing, delivery scheduling, and logistics coordination.
support distributors with product training, promotional materials, and sales strategies.
3. customer relationship management
build and nurture long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and industrial customers.
address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
provide after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
4. market intelligence
continuously monitor competitor activities, price movements, product performance, and market trends.
prepare and submit periodic market reports to management.
recommend improvements to pricing, promotional plans, and distribution strategies.
5. compliance & documentation
ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documentation accurately and on time.
maintain proper records of contracts, agreements, orders, and customer interactions.;
