Job Title: Sales Officer / Assistant Manager - Retail Branch Banking

Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the role of Sales Officer / Assistant Manager in Retail Branch Banking. The selected candidates will be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving sales of banking products while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new customers through field sales and branch leads.

- Promote and sell banking products such as Savings & Current Accounts, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Business Loans, Insurance, and other retail banking products.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

- Maintain accurate records and comply with bank policies and procedures.
