Jobs & Responsibilities:
 To identify sales leads, pitch goods and services to New Clients.
 Identify New Clients and Conversion of Sales Leads to Regular Clients.
 Identify & develop distributor in each city of Uttar Pradesh.
 Communicating New Products to Existing Clients.
 Development of Marketing Literature.
 Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
 Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
 Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
 Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
 Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
 Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
 Developing goals for the development team and business growth and
ensuring they are met.

Skills Required:
 Bachelor€™s degree in business, marketing or related field.
 Experience in sales, marketing in any Construction Material/Concrete
Products/Cement Distribution & allied industry.
