Wanted: Sales Officer – FMCG Industry

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our growing FMCG team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in appointing distributors, managing primary and secondary sales, and driving market growth.

Location: Trichy

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in FMCG sales preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Appoint and manage distributors in assigned territory

Achieve monthly and quarterly primary & secondary sales targets

Ensure regular market visits and retailer engagement

Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers

Monitor and report competitor activities and market trends

Drive new product launches and brand visibility in the market

Requirements:

Proven experience in the FMCG sector

Excellent knowledge of the local market and distributor network

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to meet sales targets under pressure

Self-motivated and result-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, - ₹20, per month
