job duties & key responsibilities:

✅generate leads, convert leads into enrolments

✅college training tie-ups

✅corporate training

✅connect students on linkedin, fb, instagram - (cfa, ca, mba, b com, be, m. com), relevant groups & pages, tag known persons

✅digital marketing (posting on social media linkedin, twitter, fb, instagram)

✅maintaining databases

✅call working professionals (in operations/sales/hr/admin to move into core finance domains like fpa, investment banking, ✅fundraising, etc.

✅send marketing emails, linkedin post/comments & graphics from students, models/reports/fsi website links

✅corporate tie-ups for placement (finance companies/consultants) tie-ups - hr connects

✅prepare a database of placement coordinators from various colleges-college training, student leads

✅tie up with tier 2 cities institute - if they refer then share % commissions, b com, m com, part time mba distance, ba, be

✅tie up with tier 2 cities colleges with their student’s placement-charge 1-month salary on successful placement

✅offer internship to placement coordinator of various b-schools

qualifications and skills required:

✅graduate with a minimum 1 year of experience/mba/pgdm in marketing or a related field

✅0-3 years of experience

✅social media and microsoft excel knowledge

✅excellent communication and management skills

✅strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills

working days: monday/thursday, tuesday, wednesday, friday, saturday, sunday

weekly off: monday/thursday
