key responsibilities
sales operations management
oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure smooth workflow.
coordinate with sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
team supervision
lead, train, and motivate sales executives/representatives.
assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
client & market engagement
build strong relationships with key customers and partners.
identify market trends and provide actionable insights to management.
reporting & analysis
prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
track kpis such as sales volume, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction.
process improvement
suggest and implement strategies to improve sales efficiency.
ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
required skills & qualifications
education: bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
experience: 3+ years in sales coordination, operations, or team supervision.
skills:
excellent leadership and communication skills.
strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
good understanding of sales metrics and reporting tools (excel/crm).
language: english (mandatory); tamil/hindi a plus.
other: willingness to relocate to sri lanka and work full-time on-site.
