Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join Natures Balance, a premium brand under Subarashi Foods Pvt. Ltd. If you're enthusiastic about promoting healthy food products and building client relationships, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new clients in retail, wholesale, and distribution channels
Promote and sell Natures Balance product range (juices, dried fruits, etc.)
Generate leads via cold calls, market visits, and referrals
Build strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
Present products and close deals effectively
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and support
Maintain sales reports and meet monthly targets
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
03 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG/food industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Passion for healthy living and natural food products
Willing to travel as required
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: Up to 30,000 per month
Travel Allowance: Provided
