1. self-driven to generate sales leads.
2. to approach potential oem customers and stockist with the aim of winning new business and maintain the existing calling to arrange meetings with potential customers for a new business.
3. listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sales.
4. responsible for making repeat sales to the existing customers by maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via calls and emails.
5. responsible for complete business cycle of generation of leads upto the collection of payments / c form / any other commercial taining official documents, submitting periodic leads/ sales/ revenue reports.
6. arranging customer visits along with the other team members and principals from other countries. making yourself an important contact between a company and its existing/ potential markets.
7. keeping close watch on the customer preferences and tracking their expectations. gaining a clear understanding of customer's businesses and requirements. sharing the gathered market and customer information.
8. liaison with head office to check the progress of existing orders.
9. reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
10. propagating and sharing best practices with colleagues.
