establish and complete customer compliance to amnsi policy. market intelligence with updating data on customers, product / customers & competition data

action plan to achieve targets in each mapped customer

–drive customer satisfaction/ nps score

–define with technical team actions to improve portfolio (customer satisfaction)

manage offers & contract closures based on price guidelines and sales plans

–delivery & post-delivery follow up (. otif performance monitoring etc.)

market intelligence with regular feedback on demand, pricing and competition facts

market intelligence/ market share/ outlook/ competition watch

status of inventory, payment / days sales outstanding, claims

demand / sales forecasts
