Sales of Insurance products through direct or else by recruiting of Partner (POS) through open market.
Identify, communicate and agree on the premium targets with POS.
Maximize mobilization through regular follow- ups & strengthening of relationships with Client/Partners.
Conduct daily sales calling with prospective partners and identify their needs.
Provide and develop solutions and suggest plans to partners on the basis of their requirements and goals.
Ensure regular connect with pending leads/references.
Keep updating on all products and solutions by regularly attending trainings and reading
