role summary

as a real estate sales executive / specialist, you will be responsible for driving property sales end-to-end, building client relationships, conducting site visits, handling negotiations, and achieving assigned revenue and site-visit targets. this is a field-facing sales role with a strong incentive component based on performance. linkedin+1

key responsibilities

lead management & sales execution

o handle end-to-end sales of residential or commercial properties through leads in the crm. linkedin

o initiate client contact via calls, whatsapp, email, or sms; follow up with prospective buyers. linkedin

o conduct regular site visits with interested clients to showcase properties. linkedin

client relationship & negotiation

o understand client needs and suggest suitable property options. apna

o manage negotiations to facilitate deal closures with favorable terms. apna

targets & performance tracking

o achieve weekly/monthly targets for site visits, conversions, and revenue. linkedin
