Role Summary
As a Real Estate Sales Executive / Specialist, you will be responsible for driving property sales end-to-end, building client relationships, conducting site visits, handling negotiations, and achieving assigned revenue and site-visit targets. This is a field-facing sales role with a strong incentive component based on performance. LinkedIn+1

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Sales Execution
o Handle end-to-end sales of residential or commercial properties through leads in the CRM. LinkedIn
o Initiate client contact via calls, WhatsApp, email, or SMS; follow up with prospective buyers. LinkedIn
o Conduct regular site visits with interested clients to showcase properties. LinkedIn
Client Relationship & Negotiation
o Understand client needs and suggest suitable property options. Apna
o Manage negotiations to facilitate deal closures with favorable terms. Apna
o Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. LinkedIn
Targets & Performance Tracking
o Achieve weekly/monthly targets for site visits, conversions, and revenue. LinkedIn
o Track and report key sales metrics for performance evaluation. LinkedIn
CRM & Documentation
o Regularly update CRM with lead status, client interactions, and deal progress. Apna
o Assist in preparing necessary documentation and paperwork for property transactions (as required).

Skills & Qualifications
Education: Any Bachelors degree (BBA/MBA preferred but not mandatory) LinkedIn
Experience: 6 months to 3 years in sales-driven roles; experience in real estate sales is an advantage LinkedIn
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English & Hindi; local language fluency is a plus LinkedIn
Skillset:
