opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use
their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with
both new and existing customers.
Job Responsibilities
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities, maximise revenue
generation and lead closures through cold calling, networking, social
media, and marketing campaigns.
Client acquisition and business development by direct/indirect sales.
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their
concerns.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal
teams.
Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term
wealth retention.
Meet and advise clients on real estate.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Transaction management and deal closure from sourcing to ROI
generation.
Develop Square Yards as a brand by ensuring service standards in line
with company policies.
