Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious sales goals. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives, developing and executing sales strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with key customers.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives
Set and track individual and team sales goals
Provide coaching and support to sales representatives
Build and maintain relationships with key customers
Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement
Forecast future sales and develop sales plans
Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
1+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 years in a management role
Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
