Current Openings:
• Relationship Manager – Up to ₹3 LPA
• Sales Manager (Individual Role) – Up to ₹ LPA
• Senior Sales Manager / Branch Sales Manager (Team Handling) – Up to ₹ LPA (Up to ₹9 LPA for Bengaluru)
• Area Sales Manager (Team Handling) – Up to ₹18 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire and manage home loan customers through various channels, including Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), Direct Sales Teams (DSTs), builders, and open market initiatives.
• Achieve monthly disbursement targets and ensure high-quality portfolio management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers to drive business growth.
• Lead and mentor sales teams to achieve individual and team targets (applicable for team handling roles).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines throughout the loan process
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 6 months of experience in home loan sales; candidates without home loan experience will not be considered.
• Graduation in any discipline; MBA preferred for managerial positions.
• Strong understanding of the housing finance market and local real estate dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
