We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our North India business and drive strong enterprise growth.
Key Responsibilities
Expand channel ecosystem and work closely with partners to drive sales and push growth.
Develop and manage CXO-level customer relationships across enterprises, BFSI, IT/ITES, Govt & PSU sectors.
Identify new business, drive proposals, and lead negotiations.
Track market trends and competition to stay ahead.
Build high-performing sales team to deliver targets
Requirements
15+ years of successful channel and enterprise sales experience.
Background in Telecom, IT, UC/Contact Center solutions, or Office Automation preferred, but not mandatory.
Proven track record of large account management and channel development.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
