We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our North India business and drive strong enterprise growth.
Key Responsibilities
€¢ Expand channel ecosystem and work closely with partners to drive sales and push growth.
€¢ Develop and manage CXO-level customer relationships across enterprises, BFSI, IT/ITES, Govt & PSU sectors.
€¢ Identify new business, drive proposals, and lead negotiations.
€¢ Track market trends and competition to stay ahead.
€¢ Build high-performing sales team to deliver targets
Requirements
€¢ 15+ years of successful channel and enterprise sales experience.
€¢ Background in Telecom, IT, UC/Contact Center solutions, or Office Automation €“ preferred, but not mandatory.
€¢ Proven track record of large account management and channel development.
€¢ Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
