key responsibilities
1. sales & revenue growth
achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
grow market share by adding new distributors, dealers, retail outlets, hotels, restaurants, and cafés (horeca).
execute sales strategies to improve overall product visibility and placement.
2. channel & distributor management
appoint, manage, and support distributors across gurgaon.
monitor distributor performance, stock levels, credit cycles, and order booking.
ensure timely supply, distribution coverage, and market penetration.
3. market expansion
identify new business opportunities in retail, corporate, industrial, and institutional segments.
conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities, pricing, offers, and market trends.
4. relationship building
maintain strong relationships with retail partners, supermarket chains, wholesalers, and key accounts.
handle negotiations, large-volume orders, and long-term sales agreements.
5. reporting & documentation
daily reporting of sales calls, order status, and field updates.
maintain mis reports, sales forecasting, market feedback, and business analysis.
6. team collaboration
work closely with the production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth delivery.
coordinate with management for marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and branding activities.
skills & qualifications
2–7 years of experience in sales (beverage, water, liquor, fmcg preferred).
strong knowledge of distribution network, retail markets, and channel sales.
excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
must be target-driven with strong field sales orientation.
should have a two-wheeler for field visits.
