Connect directly with client companies (domestic & international) that are hiring remote
● Pitch pre-vetted bench resources in line with client expectations and close successful staffing engagements.
● Build long-term consultative relationships with decision-makers and hiring managers.
● Drive outbound sales through LinkedIn, emails, and calls to generate qualified leads and book meetings.
● Understand detailed client requirements, including skillsets, hiring models (contract/full-time), project timelines,
and team size.
● Effectively present and position bench talent across technologies, demonstrating the value they bring to the client's project.
● Collaborate with internal delivery and bench management teams to ensure timely resource onboarding and smooth client coordination.
● Maintain a clean and updated sales pipeline, document client conversations, feedback, and status in CRM tools.
● Bring a solution-selling mindset to address specific client pain points with tailored staffing solutions.
Must-Have Qualifications
● 2–4 years of proven B2B sales experience in the IT services or staff augmentation industry (Domestic or International).
● Strong understanding of technology roles,
● Experience in selling remote developer services or contract staffing solutions (not just lead support).
● Demonstrated success in consultative sales, client handling, and revenue growth.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
