JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and extends global reach.

* Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.

* Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and service knowledge education.

* Tracking sales goals and reporting as needed.

* Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.

* Meet personal and team sales targets.

* Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.

* Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.

* Provide daily reports and feedback to management using financial

statistical data.

* Maintain and expand the client databases within your assigned territory. Proven sales experience.

* Track record of over-achieving quota.

* Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.

* Computer use competency.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Self-motivated and driven.
