Job Description

Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules.

Experience of Security/Biometric products sales

Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support.

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.

Meeting planned sales goals.

Promoting the organization and products.

Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target.

Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.

Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.

Leading, training and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales, and meeting of individual and group targets.

Responsibilities:-

Responsible for sales of CCTV, Access Control System, Fire Alarm systems, etc.

Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support.

Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.

Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.

Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
