📋 Roles and Responsibilities

€¢ Source new business and achieve assigned sales targets through Branch Banking,

Open Market Channels, etc.

€¢ Build strong relationships with customers, branches, dealerships, and store

partners.

€¢ Explain product features, terms, and benefits to customers in a clear and convincing

way.

€¢ Manage end-to-end loan documentation €” pre and post-disbursal stages.

€¢ Conduct and participate in promotional activities/events to drive sales.

€¢ Maintain daily updates of leads, lead tracking, and submit Daily Sales Reports

(DSR).

€¢ Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and operational standards.

€¢ Generate cross-sell opportunities for other financial products.
