annual ctc upto 12 lakhs
• managing the sales or development of the properties.
• designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• managing resources and staff, developing and attaining the sales goals, and growing the location's revenues.
• the real estate branch manager is responsible for managing the entire development process including feasibility analysis, acquisition, deal structuring etc
• meeting planned sales goals.
• setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
