Managing resources and staff, developing and attaining the sales goals, and growing the location's revenues. The Real Estate Branch Manager is responsible for managing the entire development process including feasibility analysis, acquisition, deal structuring etc Meeting planned sales goals. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
