roles and responsibilities

• the sales manager is a single point of contact for the department and is responsible to coordinate and monitor staff and other activities, assigning weekly/monthly targets and fulfillment of task completion from the given team members, daily reporting of important quotations, and follow-up status sharing to the managing director/management.

• complete ownership of the sales target, strategy and eventually generating revenue for the organization. in charge of developing weekly/monthly/annual sales targets for the department.

• can handle up to 15-20 sales team to regularly follow-up for quotation preparations, sales and reporting.

• build and maintain good working relationships with internal team & line managers, dealer and owners to generate business provide necessary advice and support to these.

• monitor the performance of sales employees and provide the necessary guidance to improve efficiency.

• work on to complete/achieve team target and their individual target as well.

• should be able to guide and drive the team to achieve sales targets and sla's.

• solid experience in people management: have handled teams at all levels.

• conducting monthly performance reviews.

• support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas.

• conduct training sessions in order to develop team member’s skills and knowledge to improve sales performance.

• motivate and support sales teams to achieve set goals/targets.

education and experience requirements:

any graduate with excellent team management, target driven skills at all levels.

proven experience as a sales manager/sales head.

good communication, presentation, judgment and decision-making skills.

you must be a team player with quality orientation, integrity, openness and learning ability.
