Roles and Responsibilities

The Sales Manager is a single point of contact for the department and is responsible to coordinate and monitor staff and other activities, assigning weekly/monthly targets and fulfillment of task completion from the given team members, daily reporting of important quotations, and follow-up status sharing to the managing director/management.

Complete ownership of the sales target, strategy and eventually generating revenue for the organization. In charge of developing weekly/monthly/annual sales targets for the department.

Can handle up to 15-20 sales team to regularly follow-up for quotation preparations, sales and reporting.

Build and maintain good working relationships with internal team & line managers, dealer and owners to generate business provide necessary advice and support to these.

Monitor the performance of sales employees and provide the necessary guidance to improve efficiency.

Work on to complete/achieve team target and their individual target as well.

Should be able to guide and drive the team to achieve sales targets and SLA's.

Solid experience in people management: Have handled teams at all levels.

Conducting monthly performance reviews.

Support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas.

Conduct training sessions in order to develop team members skills and knowledge to improve sales performance.

Motivate and support sales teams to achieve set goals/targets.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Any graduate with excellent Team Management, Target Driven skills at all levels.

Proven experience as a Sales Manager/Sales Head.

Good communication, presentation, Judgment and decision-making skills.

You must be a team player with quality orientation, integrity, openness and learning ability.
