Job Title: Sales Head, Term : Full Time/Requirement : Immediate

We are looking for an enthusiastic personnel with high business exposure as Sales Head ( Delhi based ) who is having prior experience in Government Sales Projects.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

· Maintain potential and existing customer relationship and improve it through exceptional customer service.

· Establish and maintain effective contact with the potential and existing customer base through direct marketing and cold calling.

· Create and implement sales action plans that incorporate key actions that work to set KPIs for the business

· Maintain competitor awareness, developing and presenting ideas for new opportunities.

· Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities.

· Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition

· Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities.

· Promote positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs.

· Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales

· Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities

· Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions

· Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times

Candidate Criteria:

1. MBA in Sales & Marketing

2. Age between 35 45 years

3. Candidate should be Delhi based

4. 5 years experience in Govt. Sales Projects

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hindi & English)

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software

7. Prominent organization and presentation skills

8. Strong influencing, problem-solving and negotiation skills

9. Explore market potential, identify and pursue prospects in earnest

10. Lead Management capability until closure

11. Good understanding of market demand
