• developing and building a lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets.
• reach out to the admissions funnel, answer questions, explain & consult them about the program, and convert to admissions. clearly communicate the course structure
• provide support to admissions & payment process.
• collaborate cross-functionally with the operations/education/marketing team for increased sales support.
• advises students regarding admissions requirements, consults with educators, and communicates with prospective students regarding the admissions process
• corresponds with prospective students to retrieve missing or incomplete documents needed to complete the application process
• ivr management & student communication via various platforms
• maintains sales records on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
• team management – ensure smooth team managements & communication with student counsellors & assign work accordingly
• ensure smooth sales processes are streamlined and contribute to an outstanding student experience.
