Sales Executive - Tele Sales- Astrology Process - Day Shift

we deal in spiritual astrology solution like rashi ratan, gemstones , janam kundli, rudraksha, all types of puja. we will provide training by a senior astrologer . executives have to explain about kundali dosha and convince sales . we will provide 4-5 days free training by an astro sales expert .

roles and responsibilities

responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.

telesales of gemstones, rashiratan, online pooja etc.

build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer problems and suggesting the right product to the customers.

provide consultation & counselling to customer.

convince the customer & drive the sales.

handle both inbound/outbound calls.

update call logs.

desired candidate profile

must be fluent in hindi & basic of english communication.

good convincing skills.

must be able to meet the sales target.

past sales experience in outbound sales will be preferred.

basic knowledge of microsoft excel.
