The company was launched in 2021 and within 4 months, we have launched 150+ premium products and have started hitting 400+ daily orders. TWS is funded by Logx Ventures. We plan to build this company into a multi-million dollar business and provide the best quality organic products all over the world! We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to offer personalized products/services to our customers. You will help them select the right cosmetics and other products according to their Face, Body, and Hair Condition.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
â— Identify different skin, hair types and suggest products as per their requirements.
â— Giving product demonstrations and helping customers find products that meet their needs.
â— Informing the customers regarding product prices and if there are any special offers etc.
â— Maintaining customer relations through follow-up calls and emails.
â— Maintain and analyze customer feedback to understand patterns and trends
◠Keep a track record of the customer’s transactions.
â— Meet and maximize sales targets and established goals
REQUIREMENTS:
◠Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. A diploma in Beauty/Cosmetology will also be preferred.
â— Proven 1-year of experience working as a Beauty Advisor/ED Tech Inside Sales or a similar role.
â— Sensitivity to Beauty, Exceptional customer service skills
â— Are obsessed with consumer experience across touchpoints.
â— Strong product knowledge of various cosmetics and beauty products
â— Experience in Negotiation and Convincing Skill
â— Strong communication and presentation skills
â— Prefer. Female Candidates
â— Should be very fluent in English and Hindi
◠Experience with CRM Systems What’s on Offer:
â— INR 8,000-10,000/month fixed salary
â— Incentives up to INR10,000 to 25,000 per month on achievable targets.
