Position Summary

Candidate should be able to handle inbound/outbound calls/emails, identify customer insurance need and pitch customer with appropriate product. Passionate and ready to meet or exceed SLAs.

Ability to write, speak and understand regional language (as per requirement)

Identify customers insurance need, clarify information and pitch appropriate product

Adherence to all the SLAs

Targets are met for Quality, shrinkages, log in hours, shift adherence, leaves & Sales

Education & Experience

Graduates or Under Graduates

0-2 Years of Experience preferably sales

Should have blended experience of Voice and Non-Voice preferably from the insurance industry
