• selling digital product for b2c

• explaining the products to the customers over phone and or google meet/zoom.

• engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers

• carrying ownership for every customer query.

• gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

• prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

• participate on behalf of the company in webinars and other presentations

• explore current trends and competitors to identify improvements in the products.

• actively look out for new business areas.
