JOB BRIEF: -

Being deemed as Sales executive the person will need to have excellent interaction skills both in spoken as well as written form. The person should be responsible and honest to undertake tasks that would be assigned to them on a daily basis. A charming personality is warmly welcomed and the tendency to work under pressure is greatly appreciated. Tendency to delay or leave things for the future will not be tolerated here.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

1. To actively maintain a record for all the interactions happened on calls and report it to the seniors.

2. Entertaining customers and resolving any kind of issues they might face without any hassle while keeping a report and track of the incident actively.

3. Excel in all written forms of communication such as mails, text messages and have a fluency in their language and way they communicate.

4. Willingness to adapt and perform with a calm mind in stressful situations and face new challenges with ease.

BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS

1. Fluent in English

2. Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)

3. Leadership skills

4. Knowledge of MS Excel MS Word & PowerPoint
