Qualification: MBA in Marketing/Sales/International Business.

Role This role requires a young and dynamic Business Development Executive who will be required to manage clients effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities and Duties.
Building profitable relationships with Clients.
Generating leads for the business through effective communication.
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
To recommend new opportunities and improvements for maximizing profits.
Negotiate/ close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Gather feedback from clients or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Strong follow-ups with the client.
Accomplishing the set targets for this profile.
Have strong business acumen to develop the business strategies and implement them.
Skills and qualities needed in the candidate:
Good communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
Good command of English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
A bike, Passport Laptop, and a valid Driving License are a must.
Good Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Local area knowledge of Lucknow in depth. Natives of Lucknow will be preferred.
Preferred Qualification:
Graduate/MBA/PGDM
At least 50% throughout the academics.
