responsibilities and duties.
• building profitable relationships with clients.
• generating leads for the business through effective communication.
• setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
• conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• to recommend new opportunities and improvements for maximizing profits.
• negotiate/ close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• gather feedback from clients or prospects and share it with internal teams.
• strong follow-ups with the client.
• accomplishing the set targets for this profile.
• have strong business acumen to develop the business strategies and implement them.
skills and qualities needed in the candidate:
• good communication and presentation skills.
• self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
• good command of english and hindi (both verbal and written).
• a bike, passport laptop, and a valid driving license are a must.
• good knowledge of word, excel, and powerpoint.
• thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• local area knowledge of lucknow in depth. natives of lucknow will be preferred.
preferred qualification:
• graduate/mba/pgdm
• at least 50% throughout the academics.
