Job Description

job roles:

• understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals

• arrange business meetings with prospective clients

• cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential leads; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process

• provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

• ability to establish contact with key people, well versed with social media platforms

• build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

• maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using crm (zoho) software
