scope:
the lead generation specialist is responsible for identifying, nurturing and delivering high-quality
sales opportunities to our sales team. playing a key role in the sales process, the lead generation
specialist is our brand ambassador to communicate value proposition to personnel.
accountabilities:
● generating new leads and arranging meetings with clients,
● build and cultivate relationships by initiating and conducting follow-up communications to
move opportunities through the sales process
● implementation of designated plans,
● participation in improving the functionality and optimization of the company's current sales
activities,
● articulate business value to prospects and generate sales qualified leads and transition to our
sales team.
● understands and is able to correctly work with multiple currencies and other requirements
with regard to processing international orders.
● entering data into internal it systems and reporting the results of your activities.
education:
● 1 to 3 years experience in customer service and online sales or lead generation.
● bachelors/masters in sales/marketing.
skills & certifications:
● demonstrates effective time management and planning/organizing skills.
● self-motivated and results oriented.
● works effectively with other members of the team.
● professional verbal and written communication skills in english including in a telephone
environment.
● internet savvy and familiar with internet e-commerce. pc experience in a microsoft windows
environment, proficient with internet e-mail, microsoft word, excel, outlook and other
software.
● strong ability and desire to provide excellent customer service,diligence and attention to
detail.
