responsibilities

 should be good in analyzing customer’s need of insurance and assisting him buying the best

plan (on call)

 high level of target orientation of accomplishing weekly / monthly target independently

 should be open to work six days in a week and weekly off would be on roster basis

 should be prepared and insightful

 ensuring no miss-selling / unethical practices in the processes

 good understanding and adherence of quality metrics and processes

requirements

 at least 6 month experience in insurance sales / health insurance mandatory

 should be proficient & spontaneous in hindi / english

 only graduates

 should be passionate for growth and incentive

 should not be more than 30 years of age

 should be vaccinated ( covid )

 should be open to work from office

 salary offered from 18k to 28k per month

 fresher – 15k-16k per month
