Job Description Tele Caller Outbound SalesExperience 6 Month 3 Year in Health Insurance / Digital Sales Insurance. Sales in BPO industrypreferredLocation :Mumbai : HDFC ERGO GENERAL INSURANCE, 3 rd Floor, Magnet Mall, LBS Road, Bhandup(w),Mumbai 400 078.Noida : HDFC ERGO GENERAL INSURANCE, A-100,Ground floor, sector 58,Noida 201301. U.P.Landmark-near i-energizer.Responsibilities Should be good in analyzing customers need of insurance and assisting him buying the bestplan (On Call) High Level of Target Orientation of accomplishing weekly / Monthly target independently Should be open to work six days in a week and weekly off would be on roster basis Should be prepared and Insightful Ensuring No miss-selling / Unethical practices in the processes Good understanding and adherence of Quality metrics and processesRequirements At least 6 Month experience in Insurance sales / Health Insurance Mandatory Should be proficient & spontaneous in Hindi / English Only Graduates Should be passionate for growth and Incentive Should not be more than 30 years of age Should be vaccinated ( Covid ) Should be open to work from office Salary offered from 18K to 28K per month Fresher 15K-16K per month

Responsibilities should have zeal to service customers in inbound calling set up Excellent with communication skills an insurance background is an added advantage. should have inbound call calling experience Flexible to work in rotational shiftsRequirementsShould be proficient & spontaneous in English & Hindi. Proficiency in other regional language will be an advantageShould be passionate for growthShould be vaccinated ( Covid )Should be open to work from office
