Job Description:
- Briefing about the resident project to customers.
- Promote sales of properties through Advertisements, open house and active participate in expose.
- Act as a intermediary in negotiations.
- meet monthly sales targets.
- Handle direct sales, generating referral leads and also generating leads from channel partner.
- Maintaining self-day-to-day reports.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal Requirements, and related matters.
- Accompany buyers during site visit to and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
Hours of work - 45 Hours per week,
5 Days of Working with week off.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Good knowledge of Local Languages.
