job description:
- briefing about the resident project to customers.
- promote sales of properties through advertisements, open house and active participate in expose.
- act as a intermediary in negotiations.
- meet monthly sales targets.
- handle direct sales, generating referral leads and also generating leads from channel partner.
- maintaining self-day-to-day reports.
- advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- accompany buyers during site visit to and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
hours of work - 45 hours per week,
5 days of working with week off.
additional eligibility qualifications: good knowledge of local languages.
